The Stadium Sports Bar & Grill at L’Auberge Casino Hotel, 777 L’Auberge Ave., Baton Rouge, is hosting a Tin Roof Brewing Co. beer dinner starting with drinks at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 21.
The four-course meal will include blonde poached oysters; bouillabaisse with seared red fish, crawfish dumplings and a crawfish Voodoo beer broth; braised pork belly served with mashed slow-braised okra and a chocolate hazelnut cake with coffee porter foam and a salted caramel gelato, all featuring various Tin Roof brews.

Beer dinner planned at Tin Roof Brewing
The Truck, the Brewer and the Blogger III: 3 is a Magic Number, a pop-up beer dinner, will be 7 p.m. March 14 at the Tin Roof Brewing Co., 1624 Wyoming St., Baton Rouge.
Food blogger Jay Ducote, Taco de Paco’s Aaron Brown and Christina Stephens will team up to create a five-course meal.
The first course will be a trio of Zapp’s potato chips topped with pork prepared three ways and served with Tin Roof Perfect Tin Amber Ale, followed by a second course of crab tacos on a blue corn tortilla; a pesto and roasted red pepper taco; and a chili-roasted duck and peach taco, all served with Tin Roof Blonde Ale.
The third course will feature wings: a Korean fried chicken wing with chili sauce; a ginger sesame duck wing with pepper jelly; and a tandoori-style hot wing with curry lentil cause, all served with Juke Joint IPA.
Dubbed the Crawfish Trinity, the fourth course features an open-faced crawfish pie; a bacon-wrapped crawfish and smoked gouda stuffed poblano pepper; and a crawfish etouffee arancini, served alongside Voodoo Bengal Pale Ale.
Finally, a Louisiana strawberry cupcake, with strawberry cake, strawberry compote and strawberry caviar, will be served with Bourbon-Barrel Aged Coffee Porter.
